Job Description

• Support and participate actively in HRA projects such as salary benchmarking exercise, annual performance management, annual salary and position review, bonus and AWS, salary proposals, surveys, group insurance policies and flexi benefits, employee engagement activities, survey analysis etc.
• Assist in reviewing, developing, implementing HR policies, employee handbook, best practices and programs in accordance with prevailing Singapore Statutory requirements and guidelines.
• Handle staff recruitment and selection, new employee induction/orientation, off-boarding procedures, exit interview etc.
• Administer training process such as Annual Training Program, training enrolment and payment, maintaining training records, post-training evaluations, database and records etc.
• Support expatriate management matters, such as relocation and repatriation.
• Ensure accurate and timely update and maintenance of employees\' information in HRIS system in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provide support in staff claim verifications, employees\' leave updating.
• Provide support in office administration such as hotel/flight bookings, company phone monthly billings, driver\'s dispatch duties, office and stationeries supplies, mailing and courier etc.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and statutory surveys such as MOM surveys.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist practice, with exposure working in small-medium size MNC.
• Office location at Pioneer with company transport pick up at several MRT points in North/West area.
