You will be responsible for handling the HR Operations. Our client is a Swedish MNC and they develop, manufacture, and market equipment for construction and related industries..
: Prepare medical claims for submission to Medisave.
Arrange Temporary Accommodation i.e. Hotel bookings / Short-term apartment for assignee\'s pre-visit/ repatriation.
Training Registration -Assist employees with external training registrations
Processing of invoices from training providers
Preparation & administration of training bonds and reimbursement
Prepare and submit training grant to Accounts
Record all training in Sharepoint Folder
Arrange English language training for the assignee\'s dependents (if necessary)
Organize and Co-ordinate HR events/programs for employees (staff welfare)
Administration of Corporate Pass bookings
Co-ordinate with Insurer for Certificate of Insurance (COI) for travelers
Issuance of Letter of Employment Certification (W & W/O Salary Detail) and any ad-hoc HR letters as required by employees
Employee Insurance claims queries
Responsible for taking & formalizing minutes in HRCC meetings (quarterly meetings)
Arrange/Order Welcome Pack for new joiners
Assist in checking monthly OT taxi fare for payroll
Update employees\' personal information in the MOM system
Recruitment-related activities - Job Postings
Internship recruitment end-to-end process
Prepare and follow up on Confirmation of Employment
Prepare and follow up on Long Service Award Certificate
Monthly update of Foreign Worker Levy details to Accounts
Monthly update of Accommodation & Car Lease details to Accounts
Requirements: Diploma in Business Admin, Human Resources or equivalent.
At least 1 years of experience in Admin or HR Operations and able to start work immediately.
Open to applicants who are not experienced but willing to do administrative work.
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Great interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Positive attitude and flexible mindset
Good communication skills, good team player and able to work with all level of staff
Self-starter with initiatives
