Provide support for a range of HR administrative processes such as on boarding of new hires, administration of benefits, employee engagement, recruitment etc.
Prepare contract for confirmed candidates
Coordinate and manage the Management and Support employees\xe2\x80\x99 confirmation
Coordinate and manage the contract renewal process
Facilitate the exit management process
Escalate and follow up to ensure closure on issues arising from recruitment, contract management and appraisal & promotion activities.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations
Incumbent should be meticulous, resourceful, able to write well and have good interpersonal skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior knowledge on SAP HR system
Good Project Management and Communication (verbal and written) skills
Singaporean only
