Job Scope

  • Provide support for a range of HR administrative processes such as on boarding of new hires, administration of benefits, employee engagement, recruitment etc.
  • Prepare contract for confirmed candidates
  • Coordinate and manage the Management and Support employees\xe2\x80\x99 confirmation
  • Coordinate and manage the contract renewal process
  • Facilitate the exit management process
  • Escalate and follow up to ensure closure on issues arising from recruitment, contract management and appraisal & promotion activities.



Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations
  • Incumbent should be meticulous, resourceful, able to write well and have good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior knowledge on SAP HR system
  • Good Project Management and Communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Singaporean only
