An established award-winning local software company is actively seeking an experienced HR Executive/Assistant Manager to join their team. This position is responsible for the overall HR operations as well as implementing and managing HR initiatives, policies, and programmes for the company.

About the HR Executive/Assistant Manager Role:
Reporting to the Financial controller, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labourz laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, such as performance management, employee relations, and career development
  • Administer employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and training hours
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and programmes
  • Coordinate and deliver training programmes to enhance employees\' skills and competencies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
To succeed in this HR generalist/Executive role, you must be highly experienced in end-to-end HR related matters and be meticulous with an eye for detail.

Key Requirement
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Five or more years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications
  • Knowledgeable in local HR policies, compensation and benefits programmes
