About the Company Our client, a Leading Property Developer in SG, due to their current growth and business expansion globally, they are currently looking for a HR System Manager who is SME in Successfactor implementation to join their team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: This successful candidate will be managing the all HR related systems and IT projects, not limited to System Support and Maintanience.
Other Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure Projects are well delivered and met the project targets with exceptional project planning and management skill.
Drive system implementation activities such as conducting user requirements analysis, developing specifications/change requests/UAT cases, participating in solution design, recommending best fit solutions to meet business requirements, supporting data migration and validation, developing security matrix and system roles and enhancing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage system administration activities such as validation of employee data, leading users in data verification process, improving process/system designs to enhance data accuracy and reduce duplication, developing standard operating system guides and training system users, and design analytics and reports to measure business objectives\xe2\x80\x99 progress.
Manage procurement, preparation and publishing tender specifications, evaluating and recommending potential solutions and vendors, and contract management.
Support or participate in relevant Group HR projects and initiatives from time to time.
Candidates Profile
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
8 years of relevant experience with strong HR domain knowledge.
Project Implementation experience in SuccessFactor, SAP HR, MS Access, MS Sharepoint, VBA, etc. will be an advantage.
Participated in Large Scale Data migration and SDLC projects and well versed of employment and statutory contribution legislations
Possess strong project management, business process and analytical skills, and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
