Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource Management functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, confirmation, exit, staff movement, work pass application, benefit administration and disciplinary issues.
Monitor monthly manpower turnover and take appropriate actions to fill the vacant positions to ensure the departments manpower needs are met.
Manage on-boarding and off-boarding including orientation, staff pass, IT-related email and access, uniforms, logistics etc.
Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries from department heads and colleagues to provide accurate and timely information, advice as well as interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure prompt updates and maintenance of employee database, personnel files, medical checkups and work pass renewals.
Support the unit in review of process and procedures by leveraging on technology to ensure HR practices are up to date and in line with industry practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and employment laws.
Involved in the planning and execution of company events.
Participate in projects and any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognised institution.
At least 3 years of related HR experience preferably in a healthcare or community care environment.
Conversant with Employment Act and general HR practices.
Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
Good organisational skills, meticulous and resourceful.
Adaptable, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office.
