Job Description


Working with the HR Team, you will support the business growth and will manage the HR administration and internal processes while immersing in Canopius culture and values. Responsibilities

  • Involved in recruiting and onboarding activities such as the posting of job advertisements, screening of applicants, scheduling of interviews and arranging of orientation programmes
  • Manage the payroll for Australia and Singapore and IR8A/IR21 clearance for staff
  • Manage and coordinate insurance renewals and employee health check-up
  • Providing support on employee engagement events and activities
  • Coordinating internal training and maintaining training records
  • Working with external training vendors to support employee training enrolment
  • Other ad hoc duties
Skills & Experience
  • Fresh graduate or up to five years' HR generalist/operations experience
  • Proficient with Singapore or Australia employment regulations, CPF/pension contribution
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resource Management
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment
  • Good communications skills
