Job Description
- Conducts orientation to newly hired Rank & File up to Supervisor employees on job duties, policies and procedures.
- Validates attendance and payroll transactions every cut off and performs audit accordingly.
- Processes employee compensation and benefits for both government mandated and company sponsored, including privileges and incentives; assists in processing of Separation Clearance and Release Form (SCRF) based on prescribed timeline.
- Assists the Immediate Head in communicating organizational needs, overseeing employees' performance, providing guidance, support, development needs to maintain positive relationships between staff and the organization
- Prepares Incident/Violation Report (I/VR) and Administrative Investigative Report to document minor cases.
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or other related courses; with relevant experience in an HR Role
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and can work with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong moral and ethical code; observant and proactive
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
