Conducts orientation to newly hired Rank & File up to Supervisor employees on job duties, policies and procedures.
Validates attendance and payroll transactions every cut off and performs audit accordingly.
Processes employee compensation and benefits for both government mandated and company sponsored, including privileges and incentives; assists in processing of Separation Clearance and Release Form (SCRF) based on prescribed timeline.
Assists the Immediate Head in communicating organizational needs, overseeing employees' performance, providing guidance, support, development needs to maintain positive relationships between staff and the organization
Prepares Incident/Violation Report (I/VR) and Administrative Investigative Report to document minor cases.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or other related courses; with relevant experience in an HR Role
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and can work with minimum supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong moral and ethical code; observant and proactive
Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
