Job Description
- Track current stock levels plus pending deliveries vs. sales trend to alert Category Merchandising Managers of possible stockouts and slow-moving items; also monitor SC inventory levels
- Inform selling team about individual sales targets, new offers & alert Category Merchandising Manager of product/promo problems
- Train FSR personnel on warehouse guidelines and ensure proper housekeeping and compliance to policies; Lead Items-for-Pullout process; Motivate & evaluate FSR personnel

- Manage the operating budget of the department by ordering the right number of supplies, monitoring use and safekeeping extra items
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
- At least 1 year related work experience in a Senior Manager role
- Strong financial skills, customer focus and can communicate effectively both oral and written
