Job Summary:Passionate and experienced HR Generalist, with a primary focus on Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Welfare. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, while also ensuring employee well-being and a positive work environment.Responsibilities:

• Craft & deliver L&D programs aligned with business goals & employee needs (Success & Retention)
• Identify skill gaps and training needs through analysis and employee feedback.
• Source and manage external training providers and internal learning resources.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of L&D programs, demonstrating the impact on employee performance and business success.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in L&D.
• Develop & manage employee wellness programs, promoting physical & mental well-being.
• Plan engaging activities to foster a positive company culture.
• Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and company culture.
• Lead a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Provide ongoing HR support & answer employee inquiries.
• Any other job assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on L&D and/or Employee Welfare.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing L&D programs.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and measure the impact of L&D initiatives on employee performance and business success (linking L&D to success factors).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
• Experience in managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Other information:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)
• 2 ways transport provided island wide
