Working location: Orchard Salary: up to $4,200 HR & Payroll experience Able to start work with short notice * Responsible for end-to-end payroll independently, timely, Working location: Orchard Salary: up to $4,200 HR & Payroll experience Able to start work with short notice Responsible for end-to-end payroll independently, timely, accurately, and in accordance to the payroll timeline. Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to Finance Upkeep and maintain all employee records and documents in the Company's HR information system. Process employee benefits, and medical and insurance claims. Provide support during manpower forecast and budget exercises. Provide day-to-day HR admin support including but not limited to work pass applications, filing of Government-paid leaves and issuance of uniforms. Review and recommend process changes to HR processes for operational effectiveness. REQUIREMENTS Min. 4 years of experience in payroll processing. Able to work in independently and in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous, organized, detail oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills. Possess good communication & interpersonal skills. Good understanding of payroll processes, local employment legislations, provisions and income tax legislations. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
