They provide energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability. 12 Months Contract (Renewable) Location: Kallang Contract Bonus Salary Up to $2500 depending on experience Job Summary Provide day-to-day administrative support for employee life cycle events and play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and standardization of HR services delivery. Responsibilities: Well versed with Singapore and Malaysia Employment Act Liaising with government bodies on statutory requirements Submission of government claims and surveys promptly Work closely with foreign employees to administer immigration/work pass process Prepare employment contracts, confirmation, transfer, promotion letters, conduct on-/off-boarding for employees as well as administer employee benefits Consolidate monthly payroll instructions and perform payroll checking Work closely with payroll to ensure statutory contributions are accurately and up to date Maintain and update HR content on the intranet based on policies/campaigns Maintain and update HR Knowledge database a common repository for HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), letter templates, forms and tools to promote operational consistency Working with finance closely on invoices processing Managing HR VP's calendar and scheduling Requirements: No experience is required Well versed with Singapore Employment Act If you possess above relevant skillsets, please send in your updated CV in word format to [HIDDEN TEXT] Lim Pey Chyi Recruitment Consultant (R2090579) Manpower Staffing Services (S) Pte Ltd EA Licence: 02C3423
