HR Generalist can provide valuable experience and help individuals develop a strong foundation in the field of HR locally.
This role typically involves providing administrative support to the HR department, including handling paperwork, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding new employees.
Works closely with the HR team to identify and recruit top talent for the company. This includes reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Be responsible for a wide range of HR duties, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.
Ensures that employees are paid accurately and on time. This includes calculating and processing payroll, as well as managing benefits and taxes. Have a Malaysia payroll experience will be advantageous.
Helps to plan and execute employee training programs, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions, creating training materials, and tracking employee progress.
Based on the HR manager guidance, HR generalist will standarise the processes, and be able to apply the local regulations and policies on FS HRIS and advise to the internal stateholders.
Implements and administers HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees\xe2\x80\x99 needs.

At least 1-2 years APAC regional HR generalist experience
Telecommunication industry experience is strongly preferred
Business English and Chinese communication skills
