• Handle full spectrum of HR duties.

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.

• Prepare employment contracts and employment related letters.

• Administer all work pass related matters including application / renewal / cancellation and appeal.

• Maintain HR information records such as employee records, leaves records.

• Manage staff insurance policies and renewals.

• Payroll processing and income tax filing.

• Coordinates staff wellbeing activities / company events

• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
