\xe2\x98\x91Travel to India, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam

- Handle full spectrum of HR duties.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Prepare employment contracts and employment related letters.
- Administer all work pass related matters including application / renewal / cancellation and appeal.
- Maintain HR information records such as employee records, leaves records.
- Manage staff insurance policies and renewals.
- Payroll processing (approx. 80 headcount) and income tax filing.
- Coordinates staff wellbeing activities / company events
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
