Job Summary:

• Company background: US Based MNC 3 PL (3rd Party Logistics)
• Working location: West (Near Boon Lay MRT)
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 am - 6.00pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 4,000 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive HR support to the Senior Manager, HR, covering a wide range of functions such as employee recruitment, benefits administration, labor relations, and other duties as needed. Offer HR support services for Malaysia, Australia, and assist with South Asia HR affairs when necessary.

• Oversee the orientation program for new hires and process all employee paperwork to ensure accurate and timely reporting of personnel changes.
• Assist with Training Needs Analysis, Training Plans, and Training programs.
• Support management in utilizing employee skills effectively, providing training opportunities to enhance skills, and improving employee satisfaction, morale, and productivity.
• Facilitate the employee grievance procedure and provide counseling to staff as needed.
• Partner with the Site Manager to coordinate communication sessions with operations staff.
• Assist management in researching employee relations issues and implementing policy and procedure changes.
• Ensure proper maintenance and security of all personnel, training, and medical files.
• Manage purchase orders, verify invoices, and maintain invoice files for the site.
• Perform administrative duties related to recruiting, selecting, and orienting new personnel according to established policies and procedures.
• Liaise with search consultants, recruitment companies, and temp labor agencies, handling contractual matters and maintaining positive relationships.
• Conduct screening interviews and collaborate with Hiring Managers on selection interviews.
• Maintain the HRIS for Singapore and provide support for Australia and Malaysia.
• Liaise with the corporate US office on matters related to SuccessFactor and Kronos.
• Utilize relevant experiences and education in Human Resources within the logistics industry.
• Knowledgeable in HRMS software, Microsoft Office, and applicable labor laws.
