o Manage orientation program for new hire Process all employee paperwork to ensure accurate and timely reporting for people movement o Assist team with Training Needs Analysis, Training Plans and Training program
Employee Relations.
o Facilitate employee grievance procedure o Partner with Site Manager to facilitate the communication sessions with operations staff. o Provide counseling to staff, where required. o Assist management in the research of employee relations issues.
Recruitment and Selection
o Perform administrative duties involved in recruiting, selection and orientation of new personnel in accordance with policies and requirements that have been established in conjunction with management and in compliance with corporate policies and procedures. o Liaise with search consultants, recruitment companies, temp labor agencies including contractual matters
Corporate HRMS (Success factor and Kronos)
o Maintain the HRIS for Singapore and support for Australia and Malaysia. o Liaise with corporate US office on Success factor and Kronos related matters.Technical Skill Requirements:
Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies and procedures.
Working knowledge of country employment laws
Records maintenance skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
