Handle full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment & selection, performance management compensation & benefits, training and employee relations
Manage and process monthly payroll and CPF submission
Submission of statutory claims
Handle work pass administration
Administer hiring and termination processes
Maintain group insurance for employees
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
Responsible for administrative matters such as corporate events planning, petty cash etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in HRM or related field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Great interpersonal skills and meticulous in work
Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act
Highly motivated to complete tasks independently
Able to start immediately or within a short notice is an advantage
