SPD Scientific Pte Ltd is rapidly expanding. As part of our expansion program, we are seeking experienced and high-caliber individual in this newly created role to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Developing growth strategies and plans for clinical research and diagnostics segment
• Responsible for the overall expenses and profitability of the business unit segment
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching new business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends both locally and internationally
• Prepare business proposals and lead in negotiation with stakeholders to achieve goals
• Develop close working relationship with international partners
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Provide leadership guidance to the sales and product team

Requirements:

• Degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Medical Technology or related discipline
• 8 years of relevant sales or product management experience and in leading a team
• Experience in either one of Clinical Diagnostics, Animal Cell Culture Research, Histopathology, Pre-Analytical Chemistry and Infectious Diseases Diagnostics
• In-depth knowledge of the clinical research life science and/or healthcare sector within APAC
• Driven personality with a hunger to succeed
• Strong analytical and management skills
• Willing to travel overseas
