Our client, a Government Linked Agency, is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team!

Job responsibilities:

• Lead all HR Systems project, HR systems and process design, HR systems configuration, data standards, reporting and analytics
• Liaise and work closely with the vendor to lead system implementation, enhancement and upgrading projects
• Provides full-cycle project management for HRIS implementation, liaising with the relevant parties to ensure that the successful implementation of Success Factors
• Manages implementation timelines, budgets and risks
• Maintain project documentation, produce status reports and communicate status to stakeholders regularly
• Lead project team meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation of meeting discussions & follow-up items
• Identifies, tracks and resolves issues to ensure successful implementation of Success Factors, including Change Management
• Support daily activities of maintaining Success Factors solution post Go-LIVE

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree with at least 5 to 8 years of experience managing medium to large scale HRIS projects, with proven success
• Possess professional knowledge of HRIS, in particular, Success Factors and SAP
• Experience in managing cross-departments project-oriented teams, work groups, and people from different disciplines
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects, motivate teams and drive execution to achieve the right results
