Reporting to the HR Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for the end to end implementation of a new HRIS cloud system. You will also be required to provide maintenance support for existing HR systems.
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of HR policies and processes. Ability to translate them into requirements for new HR system.
- Experience in managing data, HR transactions and processes in HRIS
- Prior experience in HRIS cloud implementation and/or maintenance would be preferred
- Ability to engage stakeholders to understand their issues, identify gaps, gather feedback and work with System Integrator on possible solutions
- Possess good written and presentation skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and consider issues from a long-term operational perspective to identify opportunities/gaps
