Reporting to the HR Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for the end to end implementation of a new HRIS cloud system. You will also be required to provide maintenance support for existing HR systems.
Job Requirements
Good understanding of HR policies and processes. Ability to translate them into requirements for new HR system.
Experience in managing data, HR transactions and processes in HRIS
Prior experience in HRIS cloud implementation and/or maintenance would be preferred
Ability to engage stakeholders to understand their issues, identify gaps, gather feedback and work with System Integrator on possible solutions
Possess good written and presentation skills
Ability to work in ambiguous situations and consider issues from a long-term operational perspective to identify opportunities/gaps
