Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes by preparing position announcements, advertisements, and interview packets
- Prepare new hire and termination documents
- Serve as receptionist for Human Resources Department, including answering multi-line telephone and greeting visitors (once in-person operations resume)
- Provide information to citizens, job applicants, and employees
- Enter training records into the in human resources information system
- Maintain filing and oversee records management
- Assist with special projects as assigned and perform other duties as assigned
- Min GCE 'A' Levels / Diploma and above
- Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
