We are passionate about serving our customers freshly prepared, great tasting food with a key part of this being The Colonel\'s signature blend of 11 herbs and spices.HR Intern/ Assistant (Part-time) 3 months from May - Aug 2024What You Will Do:HR Analytics:

• Collect and analyze HR data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Assist in crafting insightful reports and presentations on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance evaluations.

HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating with various departments.
• Handle the generation of HR-related letters, documentation, and invoice verification.
• Tackle ad hoc HR matters as they arise, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

What You Will Bring:

• Eligible and able to work for a minimum of 4 days per week for a period of 3 months from May-Aug 2024
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with numbers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is desirable, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
