What the role is:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to help us expand our outreach amongst students, improve our employer branding and be exposed to a broad range of HR functions. Internship Period and Duration: from March 2024 (12 weeks or more)

What you will be working on:

As part of the role, you will help to Conceptualise social media strategies and create content/videos for social media platforms e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok, IG, etc to promote JTC as an employer of choice Design and develop materials for employer branding Curate an interesting range of collaterals for outreach activities Assist in the coordination of outreach activities Support in the administration of internship programme Providing support to the scholarship team when necessary Assist in other tasks assigned Expected Deliverables: Creation of engaging content, including videos for social medial platforms to effectively promote JTC Establish a good understanding of the outreach efforts to build the employer branding and successful execution of outreach events Provide support to the internship and scholarship team Propose designs for JTC t-shirts

What we are looking for:

The HR intern should be creative, organised, detail-oriented, personable as well as resourceful. If you think you are up for an enriching experience, we would love to receive your application!
