- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding/
- Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various channels (social media, referrals, job boards) to engage candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Initiative, meticulous, and self-motivated.
- Creative mindset with an interest in media or marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think strategically.
