Key Responsibilities
1. HR Data Analytics & Insights
Support in collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data to generate actionable insights.
Assist in building HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, learning, engagement, and performance.
Conduct data validation and trend analysis to support HR decision-making.
2. Performance Management
Provide support for the 2026 OKR and goal-setting rollout into existing HR systems; including testing and troubleshooting
Assist in preparing guides, training materials, and communication templates to support adoption and understanding
3. Learning & Development (L&D)
Contribute to the design, development, and rollout of the competency framework, career pathways and learning roadmap.
Conduct research on learning portals and digital learning platforms, and support efforts to integrate suitable solutions into existing internal systems.
Assist in coordinating learning sessions, workshops, and development programs, including logistics, communication, and participant engagement.
Support tracking and reporting of learning participation, evaluation results, and impact metrics.
4. HR Systems & Process Improvement
Assist in the implementation and testing of new HR systems and tools.
Support process documentation, data migration, and user training activities.
Help identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.
5. Ad-hoc HR Projects & Administrative Support
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects related to organization development, employer branding, policy updates, or culture-building.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks as required.
Who We're Looking For
Currently pursuing/ or graduated with a
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Passionate about people, learning, and continuous improvement.
