Responsibilities:
- Manage a full cycle of recruitment activities from candidates sourcing, interviews, offer managements to on boarding arrangements
- Be part of the talent acquisition team to provide guidance on recruitment strategic planning and execution
- Execute sourcing strategies to constantly develop and maintain talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming openings across the Singapore
- Consolidate talent market insights and data to influence and formulate talent attraction strategies
- Act as the company's ambassador to promote employer branding
- Minimum A level and above
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- A fast and willing learner
