As an HR Intern you’ll gain first-hand experience in a varied and broad HR / Recruiting environment, including benefits, training, employee requests, recruiting and interviewing.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting HR team by administering benefits,
payroll and handling employee queries
Developing internal training materials
Documenting and improving internal policies & processes
Scheduling & coordinating candidate interviews
Reviewing resumes and conducting screening interviews
The ideal candidate
Interest in Human Resources and/or Recruiting
High attention to detail Independent - able to own small projects and see through to completion
Able to commit to internship ideally 6 months or more
