We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join NEON as HR intern. Get a chance to experience NEON\xe2\x80\x99s diverse and inclusive culture as you participate in exciting HR projects that spans across multiple countries. You will be assigned to the Group HR to assist in various activities and projects from which you will gain valuable insights for your HR career.

Responsibilities:

Experiencing Life as a HR Partner

  • Provide support to HR Partners in organizing and coordinating HR generalist tasks.
  • Assisting the HR team in day-to-day HR tasks (ie. Certificate of employment, Confirmation letter)
Insights to Talent Acquisition
  • Involve in the recruitment process and assist with end-to-end recruitment process.
Enhancing HR Capabilities
  • Conduct research and use data to gain insights to support improvement of policies and processes.
  • Assist team in HR projects (e.g. HRIS go-live) to enhance existing HR capabilities.
And any other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or Management/ equivalent.
  • Possess passion for people and culture.
  • Meticulous in handling sensitive information and situations.
