- The HR Analyst Intern will support HR Teams for HR data analysis and the L&D Partner in driving learning within the company.
- Working with various departments in Singapore, China and Hong Kong offices to obtain the data from various sources to support the analysis
- Perform data cleaning
- Build reports and models using PowerBI
- Present analysis findings and recommendation
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Powerpoint, Forms and Excel)
- Proficient in PowerBI and analytics tools
