Provide HR support to client groups in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR transactions, Communications, Employee Recognition & Engagement programs, and special HR projects.
Assist in coordinating interviews and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements before the new hire starts work.
Assist in coordinating pre-onboarding of new hires with Admin and ensuring new hires documents are saved into HR share drive.
Ensure that new hires have access to Oracle and guide them to complete in Oracle Journeys the assigned employee tasks as well as check-in on Day 5.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives for HR initiated events; take photos and contribute articles for HR e-newsletter, publish the newsletter and employee engagement video.
Coordinate training and development programs for participants and providing a report out on the evaluation results.
* Participate in HR projects.
