Overall assistance to SVP HR in HR Administration matters.
Planning and organization of HR meetings including Regional HR Bi Annual Meeting.
Management of adhoc HR projects covering various HR topics including Learning, Talent Acquisition etc.
Participation of Research of HR trends and related topics.
Consolidation of data and establishing summary.
Preparation of senior management presentation, reports and documentation.
Any other duties as required.
Key Requirements
Under Graduate of University degree level or equivalent.
Ability to work for the duration of minimum 1 year starting July 2022.
Advanced-level skills in Word for Windows and Microsoft PowerPoint. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills and independent working ability.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Ability to deal with sensitive information with confidentiality
