  • Format employee contracts and other legal documents
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures.
  • Be actively involved in talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, compensation and benefits
  • Assist with ad-hoc when needed.
Requirements
  • Be familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and HR practices.
  • Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skill
  • Major in Business, Management, Social Sciences or relevant qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
