Job Description


:The Regional office in Singapore has overall responsibility to manage the 6 business units covering Australia, India & Sri Lanka, Japan, Korea, Middle East and Southeast Asia. This role will report to the Regional People Manager, APAC IME based in Singapore.The intern will offer general services to support the Regional Office in the delivery of the regional plan, and specifically to provide support for the following activities:

  • Active sourcing for potential candidates in LinkedIn and other platforms based on the job description.
  • Understand the role, business and work closely with Hiring Managers and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists (Global Shared Services (GSS) in India) to fill the dynamic workforce plan.
  • Expand the network/talent pool in LinkedIn and other platforms and build up DNV as an employer of choice.
  • Organize regional, local and other meetings (online or face to face) and subsequent related activities such as preparation of agenda, booking of rooms, catering, and other tasks.
  • Perform procurement activities to include setting up of suppliers in the system related to activities mentioned above.
  • Other administrative tasks that will be assigned.

  • University degree in Business Management, Administration, Human Resources, and other business courses.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Power point, Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong administration and research skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Excellent team-player, open to collaborate and share with the ability to also getting things done independently.
  • Detail-oriented and not afraid of administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Friendly and professional manner.
