  • As a HR Intern, you will report to the Singapore site HRBP, where you will be involved in engaging the employees and maintaining an exciting employee experience throughout their time in SenseTime.
  • You will be working alongside various global HR teams to drive projects and day-to-day operations;
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes \xe2\x80\x93 preparation of LOAs and welcome kits for new hires and gathering of mandatory employee documents;
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in coordinating interviews
  • Assist with the execution of C&B initiatives;
Requirements:
  • Current Undergraduate in local tertiary institutes
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Energetic individual with a drive to deliver quality results in a dynamic environment
  • Excellence in both English and Chinese;
  • Possess good interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work with various stakeholders on HR issues
  • 6 months internship preferred
