Company DescriptionChamp Code Academy is an EdTech platform headquartered in Singapore, providing online coding classes for kids aged 7 and above in the region. With a progressive curriculum and structured Lesson Plan designed for children with no experience, we aim to induct them into the enchanting world of coding by significantly flattening the learning curve.Website: https://www.champcodeacademy.com/
- Assist in recruitment process including posting job ads, scheduling interviews and selection
- Assist on the execution of the full recruitment cycle of potential candidates
- Liaise and partner with hiring managers on the recruitment process to hire the best candidates required
- Liaise with companies and universities to recruit potential candidate on tutor role
- Employee on-boarding induction / exit activities
- Employees quarterly KPI tracking
- Undergraduate in Human Resources Management
- Strong people, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on individual contributor with HR knowledge
- Independent and driven, with a high level of initiative
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Can start as soon as possible
Contract length: 1 monthSalary: $500.00 - $700.00 per monthSchedule:
- Monday to Friday
