Our software platform is leveraging cutting-edge cloud/on-premise/edge platforms, advanced computer vision algorithms, advanced ML concepts & models, and more.The company HQ is located in Singapore (One North Area)Cynapse is looking for a motivated Human Resource (HR) Management Intern to join our team on a full-time/part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing technology company. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to HR administration.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.- Participate in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy updates.- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.Duration:This is a full time position with flexible working hours. Subject to candidate\'s qualification and interview outcome, it can be converted to a part-time position with flexible working hours.
