Salary: up to $4000
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours
Location: Raffles Place
:
- Support/establish learning needs of employees.
- Administration of Training Programmes, Co-Administrator of Learning Management System (LMS).
- To track and report on key metrics.
- Assist and/or to drive and organise communications events e.g. townhalls, EXCO dialogue sessions recognition. awards, employee feedback, etc.
- Assist and/or design, and facilitate trainings, workshops, communication sessions and team-building activities.
- Identify key L&D requirements needed from cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
- Work with other program managers/internal stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities. across multiple projects within the department.
