Senior Customer Service Executive Shipment Mnc Up To 4k

Job Description
Highlights:
- German MNC / 5 days / Up to $4k
- Order Processing / shipment
- Perm role / hybrid working arrangement
- Prepare sales confirmations / proforma invoices for order confirmations and follow-up for acknowledgements
- Manage Sales enquiries and prepare quotations
- Issue purchase order to factory / supplier
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
- Checking shipping document such as AWB, permit and supplier documents
- Work with factories and logistics to support shipment plan
- Maintain customer / suppliers / part creation / price database information
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback
- Responsible for sourcing & negotiating
- Formulate and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Preparing weekly sales report, stock take report and monthly inventory reports
- Any other duties as delegated by the superior
- Independent, Good Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably in SAP B1 & MS Office applications
