Job Description

The client seeks a HR Lead role for the South East Asia region role reporting directly to the HR Director based in China. This role will be a people manager to a small team of 4 HR staff in Singapore, and will focus on a mix of HR operations and strategy to align the business goals for the SEA region.

The Singapore office is the regional hub with smaller businesses established across the South East Asia region, and they have received strong investment for further business expansion.

Description

The job responsibilities include

• Oversee the South East Asia region business to implement and execute HR framework and processes with a solid understanding of the business needs.
• Act as a business partner for a HQ and SEA, and provide HR guidance in HR strategies and policies.
• Act as an ambassador for the organization culture and implement activities to drive employee engagement.
• Be a subject matter expert in performance management, employee relations, labour laws and compliance for the business unit.

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR, with 5 years of experience working in a regional role, ideally in the Technology industry.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Comprehensive HR knowledge including employee relations and performance management.
• Strong business acumen and influencing skills for business stakeholders.
