About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing organisation with a diversified range of products and services under their belt digital financing, payment solutions, and is continuously growing into various financial tech solutions. It is one of the most dynamic and ever-evolving business that is prideful of their products and solutions and have beaten its competitors in a short period of time. They are growing rapidly in Asia Pacific and is expanding their HR support function including their Regional HR Operations & Payroll team that is based in Singapore.


You will be reporting to a Global HR Operations Lead who is currently managing a wider team. With its expansion plans, you will either be considered for a HR Operations Lead or Payroll Lead role with the following responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Global HR Operations Lead as well as other HR functions to identify current HR Operations / Payroll process, how to improve its productivity and efficiency to ensure that employee experience is seamless
• Proactively identify ways to improve its HR Operations / Payroll processes and systems, and be a leader in driving such change projects
• Delivery of HR operations / Payroll services to employees across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, North America
• Ensure that payroll and employee data are accurate and are compliant with respective local regulations
• Work closely with various vendors across the region to ensure service level are met

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant would have the following:

• At least 9 years of experience in Human Resources and have performed a regional HR operations and payroll portfolio in a team lead capacity
• Candidates that has participated in change management initiatives in a HR operations setup
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
