Job Description

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other related program
  • With experience in handling administrative and human resources matters
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Willing to work and report everyday to the office located in Makati City
:
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and leave requests
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Transact with various government offices
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Makati City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
