Job Description

- Position Title: HR Manager/ Human Resource Manager
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6.18 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Plan, organize and manage the HR functions of the Company.
- Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures.
- To review, develop and plan to learn Training & Development policies, processes and programs to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and alignment to organizational goals and objectives of market trend competitiveness
- Plan, organize and manage the Performance Appraisal management system annually
- Review incentives, recognition, benefits and awards to drive high performance and retain key talents.
- Review and approve end-to-end recruitment activities including selections, offers and acceptance
- Partner and support other departments in manpower needs; work closely with Head of Departments to understand hiring requirements
- At least Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of local labour law and government benefit grants regulations
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource in a managerial position
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint)
