Formulate and implement HR strategies.
Oversea and lead the HR team to carry out personnel work such as employee retention, employee relation management, employee compensation plan, training and etc.
Customize recruitment solutions according to restaurant talent needs, organize and implement recruitment activities.
Responsible for identifying, selecting, establishing, and maintaining suitable recruitment channels, and constantly developing and utilizing various recruitment channels to meet the restaurant\'s talent needs.
Responsible for establishing talents successor plan and talent resources plan.

Requirement

Degree in relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in HR management position
At least 3 years of recruitment experiences, with strong recruitment strategy & planning ability.
Strong teamwork spirit
Enthusiastic, proactive, excellent communication skills
Above to withhold work pressure
