Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition and oversee the manpower requisition and deployment for service partners and contract partners
Full spectrum on employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Develop programs, policies, and procedures to ensure existing HR practices are in compliance with the Employment legislation
Provide innovative, practical, and strategic human resources solutions that support the overall mission and core values of the company
Involve in HR administration, salary, and benefits programs, communications programs and employee relations activities
Maintain and engaged employee relations by developing and administrating various employee relations activities and promoting communications between employees and management
Build strong pipelines of contacts and talent communities
Strong vendor-management experience
Requirements
Degree with at least 4 years of HR Generalist experience
IHRP certified
Self-motivated and resourceful
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and ability to multi-task
