Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the HR strategies and polices are align with the company\'s business objectives.
- Building organization culture and improve the work relationships and increase productivity
- Supervising the HR team and conduct the performance management evaluation.
- Developing strong partnership with various stakeholders and ensure the HR strategies and policies are well explained to them.
- Provide HR solutions upon any employment related issues
- Ensure the employee details are well maintained in HRMS.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or any related studies.
- Familiar with the MOM rules and regulations.
- Possess proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
