Job Description
- Oversee the operations of Human Capital & Corporate Development team
- Responsible full spectrum of Human Resource functions
- Assist in manpower planning to ensure sufficient human resources for the Group\'s business and operations
- Formulate human resource policies and procedures and ensure that the employee handbook comply with Singapore Law and regulations.
- Facilitate senior management\'s annual human capital performance review through global rankings to ensure fair performance ratings across employees
- Develop an organizational culture that represents the company\'s core values and principles
- Strategically plan Human Resources Management future development
- Handle employee pulse surverys, employee feedback and complaints
- Monitoring of corporate KPI
- Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Excellent communications skills, planning
- Leadership and supervisory skills
