Serve a subject matter expert on all HR matters, providing advice and guidance to the Director and key Operation team members etc. Work closely with key Operations/Sales team on organizational HR practices, issues and any other HR related matters. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Drive results in HR priority projects such as manpower sustainability implementation, communication, employee engagement etc. Provide HR information and analysis for management review and analytical purpose such as weekly and monthly headcount report, salary survey and benchmark, manpower requirements, etc. Analyse the key challenges of the business operations and to provide sound advice and solutions to address the issues. Conduct yearly review and renewal of group insurance policies Administer food shop license and liquor license (application/renewal) Monitor company's service contracts and agreements etc. Manage, coach and guide the team members ensuring that they acquire the right competencies for the role. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Liaise with external parties, such as auditors, government bodies as & when required Ensure efficiency and compliance of HR department's internal workflow and processes. Job Requirements Min. Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Administration or related studies with at least 4 years of managerial experience preferably in F&B industry Min. 2 years of experience in recruiting or managing a range of support functions & demonstrating leadership skills with the ability to improve organisational effectiveness Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, IRAS and HR best practices Demonstrate good leadership qualities and inter-personal skills.
