The incumbent will be part of a team in managing the day-to-day HR operations. He/she will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
HR Operations and Employee Relations
Provide support for a range of HR administrative processes such as on boarding of new hires, administration of benefits, employee engagement, recruitment etc.
Escalate and follow up to ensure closure on issues arising from work pass, staff pass, and employee related query, hiring processes and exit management processes.
Administer renewals and approvals for contracts in the system on frequent basis.
Responsible for full spectrum of HR transactional activities.
Others
Provide administrative support to learning and development function.
Support other HR functions, including HR analytics, metrics and reporting.
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matter.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations
Incumbent should be meticulous, resourceful, able to write well and have good interpersonal skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior knowledge on SAP HR system
Good Project Management and Communication (verbal and written) skills
Singaporean only
