Job Scope

The incumbent will be part of a team in managing the day-to-day HR operations. He/she will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.


HR Operations and Employee Relations

  • Provide support for a range of HR administrative processes such as on boarding of new hires, administration of benefits, employee engagement, recruitment etc.
  • Escalate and follow up to ensure closure on issues arising from work pass, staff pass, and employee related query, hiring processes and exit management processes.
  • Administer renewals and approvals for contracts in the system on frequent basis.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR transactional activities.

Others
  • Provide administrative support to learning and development function.
  • Support other HR functions, including HR analytics, metrics and reporting.
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matter.



Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations
  • Incumbent should be meticulous, resourceful, able to write well and have good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior knowledge on SAP HR system
  • Good Project Management and Communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Singaporean only
