Job Description
Our client is a global MNC specialising in audit, accounting, tax, financial advisory, consulting and legal services. They are looking for a HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Central \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible .
Responsibilities:
Job Duties:
- In charge of full spectrum of human resource activities
- Perform a HR business partnering role with line management
- Maintain continuous employee engagement & employee relationship to ensure alignment of company policy and expectations
- Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company\xe2\x80\x99s manpower needs
- Improving on current processes and implementing new processes and procedures
- Design, create and implement learning resources, training materials and e-modules
- Monitoring of various recruiting metrics
- Perform internal talent acquisition and other recruitment related duties
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast future hiring and operational needs
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
